Sales invoices flow to Xero; purchase invoices are matched against goods received before they go; the open items from the old system carried across.
Bolts on to Mach Core, which provides the customers, quotes, orders, invoices and documents it works with.

- Open items and aged balances carried over from the legacy ledger
- Three-way matching of stock purchase invoices against orders and receipts
- Zero-rating driven by the customer's tax status, never guessed
- Bank statement import for reconciliation
