Case study
PurHaven
An e-commerce site with its own lightweight order system
The customer
PurHaven sells MedicAir and MAXVAC air purifiers to the public. It needed a shop, not a brochure: product pages with real specifications, card payment, and somewhere for the orders to land. J-Mach built the site and a deliberately small order-management system to sit behind it.
What they needed
- A public shop with product pages, a calculator for room size and straightforward checkout
- Card payment without a payment gateway subscription
- Orders, customers and products in one place, with nothing a small shop does not need
- A clean cut-over from the old hosted site with no downtime
What J-Mach built
- Static-first website on Vercel: products, calculator, FAQ, contact
- Revolut Business embedded checkout with signed webhooks
- Serverless order management on Vercel with a PostgreSQL database: orders, customers, products, admin login
- Order notification emails to the business
- DNS cut-over from the previous host with the old site kept live until the new one was ready
- Health-claim guardrails in the copy: only what the manufacturers' tests support
