Case study

Stackpole-Europe Limited

Electronic component distribution

A sister distributor on the same platform, with its own data

The customer

Stackpole-Europe is a separate company that trades alongside VTM. It uses the same Mach platform with entirely separate company data: its own customers, suppliers, prices, warehouses and documents. The website takes bills of materials straight into the quotation system.

What they needed

  • The same tooling as VTM without mixing the two companies' data
  • Part numbers that legitimately exist in both companies, at different prices, kept apart
  • A website that turns an uploaded BOM into a quotation request without re-keying

What J-Mach built

  • Multi-company platform: every record carries its company, every screen filters by it
  • Per-company warehouses, payment terms, courier accounts and document branding
  • stackpole-europe.com: static site with a BOM upload form posting into Mach Quote
  • Contact form routed into the same system as VTM's
  • Despatch on customers' own FedEx accounts through third-party billing

Status

In daily use alongside VTM.

How it runs

Shared Mach platform on Render and Vercel; static website with forms posting to the platform API.

Arrangement

Built, hosted and maintained by J-Mach under licence. Stackpole-Europe Limited owns its data, domain and branding.
