Every module reads and writes the same customers, parts, orders and stock. There is nothing to synchronise between them.

Outlook add-in
Open an email in Outlook, press one button, and the request is in the system with the attachments read and the lines pre-filled for checking.
Training and certification back office
Course diary, quotes that become bookings, delegates, signed registers, certificates with QR verification, training matrices and awarding-body packs. Built for training providers and equipment inspectors.
Hire, service and inspection
Equipment records with their certificates, hire and service jobs, and a customer portal where clients can see what they hold and when it is next due.
